If you have been directed to this page, you are likely an existing client who is looking to either make a retainer payment or make a payment on your existing balance.  We offer the following options:

Cash

If you would like to make a payment via cash, please feel free to stop in to our office and our staff will be glad to accept your payment and provide you a receipt.  If you are not in the Roswell area, we do not recommend sending cash in the mail, as it can easily be lost or stolen.  We instead recommend either purchasing a Money Order, or using one of our other convenient payment options.

Check/E-Checks

Our firm gladly accepts personal checks for both initial retainer deposits as well as subsequent payments on your account.  Please make checks payable to “Grandjean Law Firm” and mail to P.O. Box 4350, Roswell, NM 88202.  If making a payment on behalf of someone else, please include their name in the memo space. You also have the option of making a payment through your checking/savings account electronically by completeting the following form: ACH Form

Auto-Pay

While many of our clients set up automatic payments at the beginning of representation, we also offer automatic payment options for clients who wish to set up a payment plan for an existing balance.  Automatic payment transaction are processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, and require only a valid United States based checking or savings account. Please feel free to contact our office for more information.

Credit Card/Financing

If you would like to make a payment via credit card, you can do so by calling our office, or by using our secure payment portal provided by LawPay.  Please click either of the following links to be re-directed to LawPay’s secure payment portal.  Please list your name or the name of the person on who’s behalf you are paying in the Reference field. LawPay also offers financing options at these links, the terms and conditions of which are fully handled by LawPay.
